Shipping & Delivery
All items purchased on this website are shipped within one 1 – 3 business days. If the shipping time will exceed 3 business days, we will inform you via email. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

International
We ship to over 100 countries around the globe. We are not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international shipping delays. Once we shipped the order it is out of our hands. We recommend all international customers select Express Mail Service. Express Mail allows the order to be tracked global. You will not be able to track the order once it leaves the United States if a different shipping option is selected.
Orders that ship internationally may incur additional taxes, duties, and other fees associated with customs. We are not responsible for these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please verify or get an estimate of what these charges might be before placing an international order. All shipping charges on our Web site include only the cost of shipping the order. Return Policy
At Enyze.com, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to enyze.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.

How to return or exchange an item:
We recommend you ship via a service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
