• Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch from 2 locations being Hillside, New Jersey, USA and Shenzhen, China. All items purchased on this website via the Free Shipping method are shipped with a service that usually delivers within 10 – 14 days to destinations in the USA, Canada, UK and Australia. If the shipping time will exceed 14 days, we will inform you via email. Express shipping normally delivers within 8 days worldwide. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, usually within 4 days of purchase. Free shipping packages from our warehouse in China are shipped via ePacket, whereas those dispatched from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS. Note that we ship worldwide to over 100 countries.
International orders may incur additional taxes, duties, and other fees associated with customs. We are not responsible for these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please verify or get an estimate of what these charges might be before placing an order. All shipping charges on our website include only the cost of shipping the order. • Return Policy

At Enyze.com, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Enyze.com within 30 days of the date of delivery. We accept returns from all customers in the USA, Canada, UK and Australia. For goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or shipped with missing parts, you have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue the refund within 2 business day. You should expect to receive the funds within 7 working days. Items should be returned in a new and unused state. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. • How to return or exchange an item:
Submit refund requests ASAP by sending us a message at sales@enyze.com, or via the contact form on our Contact Us page. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and confirm that we are awaiting receipt of the return item. You are required to send back your return package within the 30 days window, calculated from the date of delivery. Note that even if we receive the item more than 30 days after it was delivered to you, the refund request is still valid as long as you posted it to us before the end of the 30 day window.
All returned items should be sent to us via post. We recommend that you ship via a service with a tracking number.

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
